The team needed a visual language that could carry from a 600×800 app icon up to a 4m conference wall. We started from typography — then motion, then the rest of the system followed.

Three weeks of research and divergence, four weeks of systemic work, two weeks in ship mode. Components stayed close to the code from day one.
